This policy explains how UOT VIP subscriptions are billed and renewed, how to cancel, and our refund position. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Please read it before you purchase.

1. Summary

All UOT VIP membership purchases, subscription payments and recurring renewal charges are final and non-refundable, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

  • UOT VIP is a recurring subscription that renews automatically until you cancel.
  • Cancel through your Whop subscription management before your next renewal date to avoid being charged again.
  • Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund charges already made, and your paid access ordinarily continues to the end of the paid period.
  • Billing errors, such as duplicate or unauthorised charges, are investigated and corrected where confirmed.

2. Membership plans and billing

PlanPrice (USD)Billing interval
UOT VIP — 3 monthsUS$149Charged every 3 months until cancelled
UOT VIP — 6 monthsUS$279Charged every 6 months until cancelled
UOT VIP — 12 monthsUS$499Charged every 12 months until cancelled

All prices are in United States dollars (USD). Checkout, subscription billing and membership access are handled through Whop. Each billing period is paid for in advance, at the start of the period. The price, billing interval and renewal price that apply to you are those disclosed at checkout.

3. Automatic renewal

Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period, for the same billing interval, and the renewal is charged to your saved payment method, unless you cancel before the renewal date.

By purchasing a membership, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method according to your selected billing interval, at the applicable checkout-disclosed renewal price, until you cancel. You are responsible for cancelling before your next renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

4. How to cancel

To cancel, sign in to your Whop account and use Whop's subscription management for your UOT VIP membership to cancel the subscription. The exact steps are set by Whop and may change; Whop's help resources explain the current process.

If you have any difficulty cancelling, email urordinarytrader@gmail.com from the email address you used for your purchase, before your renewal date, and we will help.

The following do not cancel your subscription:

  • leaving the UOT Discord server or deleting the Discord app;
  • stopping use of the website or the educational content; or
  • not attending live sessions.

5. What happens when you cancel

  • Cancellation stops future automatic renewals.
  • Cancellation does not refund, reverse or credit any charge that has already been made, including a renewal charge made before you cancelled.
  • Your paid access ordinarily continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, unless your access is terminated under our Terms or applicable law requires otherwise. When the period ends, your access to the educational materials and VIP Discord channels is removed.

6. Refund policy

All UOT VIP membership purchases, subscription payments and recurring renewal charges are final and non-refundable, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

We do not offer discretionary refunds, satisfaction guarantees, money-back guarantees or trial-period refunds. In particular, the following do not create any entitlement to a voluntary refund:

  • changing your mind after purchase or renewal;
  • not using the educational materials, not joining Discord, or not attending live sessions;
  • dissatisfaction with your trading outcomes;
  • poor trading performance, including trading losses or failed prop-firm evaluations; or
  • cancelling after a recurring renewal charge has been made.

You are responsible for cancelling before your next renewal date.

This policy does not exclude or limit any refund, remedy or other right that you have under applicable law and that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, as explained in section 10.

7. Duplicate, unauthorised or incorrect charges

Some situations may give you rights under applicable law or under your payment provider's rules, and will be investigated properly. These include:

  • a duplicate charge;
  • a charge you did not authorise;
  • an incorrect amount or other billing error;
  • a charge made after a valid cancellation took effect; and
  • non-delivery of the membership, or services that are materially defective.

If a charge is confirmed to be an error, or a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law or the payment provider's rules, it will be provided through the appropriate payment channel.

8. How to raise a billing or refund issue

You can raise a billing or refund issue through Whop and by emailing urordinarytrader@gmail.com. Please include:

  • the email address and Whop username used for the purchase;
  • the date, amount and plan of the charge; and
  • a description of the issue.

We will review your request in good faith and reply within a reasonable time. Any approved or legally required refund will be processed through the appropriate payment channel, normally to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on Whop and your bank or card provider.

We encourage you to contact us before raising a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, as this is usually the quickest way to resolve a billing problem.

9. Currency, fees and taxes

Prices are charged in USD. If your payment method is in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion charges or other fees, which are outside our control. Applicable taxes may be charged or disclosed by the payment provider at checkout.

10. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy, or in our Terms, excludes or limits any right or remedy that you have under the consumer-protection or other laws that apply to you and that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where such a law requires a refund, cancellation right or other remedy, we will comply with it.

11. Promotional pricing and price changes

Promotional, discounted or introductory pricing applies only as set out in the specific offer terms. Unless those terms say otherwise, renewals are charged at the renewal price disclosed at checkout. Any change to the renewal price will follow the applicable offer terms, billing disclosures and law, including any required advance notice, and you may cancel before the change applies to you.

12. Consultation calls

Consultation calls booked through Cal.com are free of charge. You can reschedule or cancel a booked call using the links in your Cal.com confirmation.
